My cat can tell when I am way too stressed. He just has a way of showing up and staying relaxed around me long enough so that I get relaxed too. It’s like there is an invisible relaxer thread that my cat can pull and somehow it just magically chills me out.
These days I too have that ability. I think I learned that from him. The relaxer thread is useful when you come across someone who is stressed. Either they make you more stressed or you make them more relaxed. The relaxer thread is like a ray of energy, some type of natural confidence that radiates from you when you are potent yet in a balance.

Yes he did. “Big Tom” is getting on. I mean he is geting old. Prolly 1,000 in cat years. He is a Giant (for Bali) Ginger Cat. Kinda like you imagine a close relative of Garfield. In any case, he is placid, an ddocile most of the time. Just being around him helps me to relax. Why is that cats can do that for humans?
One minute you’re all stressed out and the next minute you’re purring along talking baby talk to a 1,000 year old cat. Maybe the Ancient Egyptians brought them here on their space ships. Or was it the cats that brought the Eqyptians… Till the answer beams down on me, I will have to live with the mystery and gladly accept the relaxing powers of my old Big Tom.
